Moroccan Mint Tea

Moroccan mint tea is famous around the world, but the real deal is absolutely amazing.  Green tea and fresh mint are combined with hot water and a lot of sugar ( I mean A LOT of sugar).  The tea is then poured from great heights into tiny glasses, sometimes waiters are able to pour with the teapot held over their head while the glass is by their waist.  I was only able to get about 10 inches above the glass without spilling.
